2019 TTA ANNUAL FALL CONFERENCE

The dates for Fall Conference this year is October 24^th and 25^th, 2019. The 2019 TTA Annual Fall Conference will be at the Wilderness in the Smokies in Sevierville, TN. You can go ahead and reserve your room Click here for the hotel information.

This year’s Fall Conference is going to be a great event that you don’t want to miss!!! We need a record attendance!! Get registered ASAP!!!

The 2019 Annual Fall Conference for the TTA Safety Management Council and Maintenance Council is booked at The Wilderness in the Smokies October 23-25, 2019. Sevierville, Tennessee is Situated in an area where the Foothills of the Great Smokies give way to the Tennessee Valley. Sevierville has long acted as a nexus between Knoxville to the north and the Appalachian towns in the mountains to the south. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is located approximately ten miles south of Sevierville.

We are excited to announce our Mock Trial presentation, that will be provided by Brad Telfeyan with Lewis, Thomason, King, Krieg & Waldrop, P.C. Brad will give us an overview of the Accident. THP will interview the driver after the Accident. There will be some cross examinations of the occupants of the other vehicle/vehicles involved, cross examinations of the Tractor Trailer Driver and his Safety Director. Then the jury will deliberate, give verdict and the attendees will discuss.

We will have several more presentations wrapping up with our Regulatory Update-Trucking Roundtable with representatives of the TN Department of Safety and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Bring your questions for this opportunity to address the regulators.

On Wednesday October 23rd we will meet up and do some TEAM networking at the Nascar Speedpark.

For our entertainment at Fall Conference we will have JEST Murder Mystery Company entertain us before and after dinner. The shows are three acts of hilarity and everyone plays a part plus there are lots of opportunities for audience interaction with no need to memorize lines. Mark your Calendar for Fall Conference.
